Lowongan Kerja – PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (KAI) yang merupakan anak perusahaan grup PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk membangun smelter aluminium di lahan seluas 600 hektar dengan kapasitas produksi aluminium pada fase pertama sebanyak 500.000 ton.
PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (BEI: ADMR) adalah perusahaan anak PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk yang berfokus pada bisnis pertambangan batu bara metalurgi dan mineral, serta pengolahan mineral. Saat ini perseroan beroperasi sebagai produsen batu bara metalurgi pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia dan sedang membangun smelter aluminium di kawasan industri hijau di Kalimantan Utara.
Saat ini PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (Adaro Minerals) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Oktober 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (Alamtri Minerals)
1. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must
- Experience as translator/interpreter/project assistant in company establishment projects or Joint Venture company will be an advantage.
- Exposure as translator/interpreter/project assistant or working with Chinese native or in Chinese company is preferred.
- Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment.
- Willing to be assigned to a job site in North Kalimantan with a roster-base system
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translating/interpreting all communication in Mandarin & Bahasa (both oral and written)
- Proactively follow up and closely working with internal team members and partners
- Support all tasks related to the project

2. HRGA STAFF
This position is open for fresh graduates and preferably domiciled in Tarakan or nearby areas.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in HR administration tasks such as recruitment documentation, employee attendance monitoring, and compliance reporting.
- Accurately prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
- Support general affairs functions, including office supply management, employee mob-demob and event coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Preferably domiciled in Tarakan.
- Open for Fresh Graduates.
