Lowongan Kerja – PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (KAI) yang merupakan anak perusahaan grup PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk membangun smelter aluminium di lahan seluas 600 hektar dengan kapasitas produksi aluminium pada fase pertama sebanyak 500.000 ton.

PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (BEI: ADMR) adalah perusahaan anak PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk yang berfokus pada bisnis pertambangan batu bara metalurgi dan mineral, serta pengolahan mineral. Saat ini perseroan beroperasi sebagai produsen batu bara metalurgi pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia dan sedang membangun smelter aluminium di kawasan industri hijau di Kalimantan Utara.

Saat ini PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (Adaro Minerals) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Agustus 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (Adaro Minerals)

1. IHOH Staff

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma’s degree (D3) from a reputable university, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Nutrition, or Nursing
2. Must possess certifications related to Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Environment, such as HIMU/HIMA, HACCP, Food Safety, ACLS, BTCLS, STR, or Hiperkes
3. Minimum 1 years of experience in the IHOH field within the setting of a Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Mining, Construction, or EPC Contractor
4. Strong teamwork and problem escalation skills, especially in field operations
5. Willing to be placed at the jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with a roster system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the four pillars of Health: Promotive, Preventive, Curative, and Rehabilitative
2. Possess knowledge of the Health and Industrial Hygiene program cycle (AREP)
3. Be familiar with the procedures and flow of Occupational Health Services
4. Conduct environmental monitoring and workplace measurements effectively
5. Provide training sessions related to Occupational and Environmental Health practices
6. Develop and organize work programs, schedules, reports, and proper documentation
7. Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with company policies

2. IHOH Officer

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Nutrition, or Nursing
2. Must possess certifications related to Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Environment, such as HIMU/HIMA, HACCP, Food Safety, ACLS, BTCLS, STR, or Hiperkes
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the IHOH field within the setting of a Powe Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Mining, Construction, or EPC Contractor
4. Strong teamwork and problem escalation skills, especially in field operations
5. Willing to be placed at the jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with a roster system.

Key Responsibilities:
