1. Mine Economics – Balikpapan Office

Job Overview :

Prepare departmental yearly work plan and budget, long-term coal reserves and pit optimization, coal blending optimization, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and analyzing future revenue collection projections, site economic value, and blending schemes.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Min. 3-5 years experiences in the Mine Economics or Mining Management position in Coal Mining Industry.
• Proficient and sound knowledge related AMDAL, Mining software, GIS, Mine Closure Management.
• Good analytical thinking and high motivation.
• Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).

2. LT&MT Planning – Balikpapan Office

Job Overview :

Prepare long-term and medium-term mining sequences including providing a concrete pit boundary for short-term planning together with substances information to fulfill regulation, and coordinating with various functions to gather and distribute information to ensure deliverables meet the company’s standards and policies in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Min. 3-5 years experiences in the Mine Planning position in Coal Mining Industry.
• Proficient and sound knowledge related AMDAL, Mining software, GIS, Mine Economics.
• Good analytical thinking and high motivation.
• Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).

3. Mine Closure Analyst – Balikpapan Office

Job Overview :

Analyzing mine closure planning of all mine site, especially the technical aspects. Identify and evaluate risks based on actual achievements and coordinate with the mine closure’s team member to prepare initial action plans to minimize or even eliminate risks, which will then be submitted to superior. Coordinate and be involved in preparing Mine Closure Project document of all mine site.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Min 3-5 years experience in Mine Closure position in Coal Mining Industry.
• Proficient and sound knowledge related AMDAL, Mining software, GIS, Mine Closure Management.
• Good analytical thinking and high motivation.
• Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).

4. Learning & Development – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

Managing Learning and Talent Management System start from Training Management, Competency Management, KPI Management, Promotion Management. Starting Identifying Training Need, Develop and Implement Training Program, Organize L&D events, Track Training & Development Progress, Assess Effectiveness Training Program, Managing Training Budget.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Min. 7 years experiences on Training and Development, preferable in the same industry.
• Good understanding and sound knowledge of Leaming and Talent Management System and Process.
• Good analytical thinking, cooperation and presentation skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Good communication in both written & spoken English.

5. Coal Flow Coordination Analyst – Kutai Timur (Bontang Site)

Job Overview :

Updating the quality inventory in daily basis, validating the data transaction at BoCT through Mine Market System, managing stockpile at BoCT to ensure the loading plan is well prepared, and making the detail blending plan for shipment loading based on the data actual at each ports.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical or related field.
• Min. 2 years experiences in Coal Mining Industry (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient and sound knowledge related mining practice, and database knowledge.
• Good analysis and high motivation.
• Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill.
• Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).
• Willing to work at Bontang Site, Kutai Timur.
