Grab adalah perusahaan teknologi asal Malaysia yang menyediakan layanan transportasi angkutan umum. Grab menyediakan aplikasi seluler yang memungkinkan pelanggan mengakses layanan. Grab juga menyediakan layanan pengiriman, jasa keuangan, dan kebutuhan sehari-hari lainnya.

Job Description
Get to know the role
- Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned program delivery. Get a taste of how Grab really works, behind the scenes.
- Create and maintain the Delivery Roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Tech and Product Leaders.
- Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner. Owners of the collaboration process and tools.
- Embrace Grab’s culture and principles as well as promote an environment that embodies Grab’s Principles and Values.
- Drive product release cycle and cadence
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Closely work with Technical Program Team in Engineering, to track all concurrent tech projects going on; work to systemize and track the progress reports of projects/programs
- Identify and manage the risks associated with projects/programs to achieve project success.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs and work with a number of resources within a matrix of environments.
- Possesses skills in working within a fast-growing company with several partners.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master
- Prepare the project schedule, define the milestone, track and report progress
- Work with Engineers, Design, Quality Engineers, and the Product team to make sure there are no blockers to the project delivery.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
- 5+ years of technical program management experience, coming from a developer background
- A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organizational and interpersonal skills will enable you to succeed in Grab’s fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of Agile is desirable but not essential, more important than your specific skillset is your ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to not be constrained by your job description.
- Effective communication skills to handle communications to management, team, and cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of getting things done or delivering projects/programs.
- Experience working in a dynamic fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent) and also able to juggle between different projects/tasks.
- Experience working in product delivery is advantageous, but not essential.
