J&T Group yang didirikan pada Agustus 2015 merupakan perusahaan logistik berbasis teknologi pertama di Asia Tenggara dengan E-commerce sebagai bisnis utamanya, bisnisnya mencakup berbagai bidang seperti pengiriman ekspres, pengiriman kargo, pergudangan dan rantai pasok, serta jenis bisnisnya melayani pengiriman antar kota, antar provinsi dan internasional. Lowongan Kerja PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo)

 

1. Senior Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

  1. Maintain and manage accounting ledgers by accurately and promptly posting all financial transactions.
  2. Review and analyze daily financial activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  3. Prepare monthly financial statements accurately and deliver them within established deadlines.
  4. Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  5. Support audit and tax processes by preparing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
  6. Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and organized for easy access and reference.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support smooth interdepartmental workflows.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff in daily operations and reporting.
  9. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the manager to support business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  2. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  3. Experience in public accounting or a similar role in a corporate setting.
  4. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
  5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel skills
  6. Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 

2. Assistant Mandarin Speaker (Makassar)

Job Description

  • Assist the Operations Department in daily communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Support translation tasks (Mandarin–Bahasa Indonesia–English) in meetings, documents, emails, and operational instructions.
  • Attend operational visits and business trips across Sumatera to support project monitoring, issue handling, and communication needs.
  • Assist in collecting operational data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate communication of operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies and process improvements.
  • Provide administrative and communication support to ensure timely follow-up and task completion.
  • Support leadership in bridging communication gaps and ensuring alignment between head office and regional operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (oral & written) — HSK 5 or equivalent is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English ability is an advantage.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
