Lowongan Kerja – PT EPSON BATAM (PEB) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang elektronik manufaktur yang sudah berdiri di Batam sejak tahun 1991. Induk perusahaan kami berada di Jepang dengan total 81 perusahaan afiliasi yang tersebar di seluruh dunia, termasuk PT Epson Batam. Pada Lowongan Kerja 2025 ini, PT Epson Batam kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Epson Batam

1. OPERATOR OQA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengoperasikan Ms. Office dan beberapa aplikasi komputer.
• Menganalisis dan meneliti seluruh produk yang diproduksi.
• Melakukan proses verifikasi kualitas produk.
• Memastikan produk yang diproduksi memiliki kualitas yang memenuhi standar perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

• Khusus SMA/SMK sederajat
• Berpengalaman di Inspector Quality Assurance merupakan nilai tambah
• Mampu mengoperasikan alat ukur pengecekan
• Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft office
• Bersedia kerja secara shift

2. OPERATOR QA-LAB

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengoperasikan Ms. Office dan beberapa aplikasi komputer.
• Menganalisis dan meneliti seluruh produk yang diproduksi.
• Melakukan proses verifikasi kualitas produk.
• Memastikan produk yang diproduksi memiliki kualitas yang memenuhi standar perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

• Khusus SMA/SMK sederajat
• Berpengalaman di Inspector Quality Assurance (QA lab) merupakan nilai tambah
• Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft office
• Mampu mengoperasikan alat ukur pengecekan

3. OPERATOR PRODUKSI (IK)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengoperasikan mesin produksi
• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap mesin atau alat yang digunakan
• Melakukan proses pembuatan, perakitan, pengemasan produk sesuai target yang ditentukan
• Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu bersih dan rapi

Kualifikasi:

• Khusus SMA/ SMK sederajat
• Menguasai skill dalam mengoperasikan mesin
• Menguasai skill komunikasi, baik itu verbal dan nonverbal dengan baik
• Bersedia bekerja secara shift

4. MAINTENANCE STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist in Production Line, monitoring, and execution of machine setup, repair, and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills in machine maintenance and improvements
• Performing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance to keep Machine condition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address machine and production issues, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and occupational health practices during day-to-day operations.

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this position.
• Familiar with Electrical drawing and PLC Programming.
• Familiar with Dicing process, Die Attach process & Wire Bond process.
• Able to solve machine problem.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Good analytical skill and detail.
• Able to speak in English both oral and written.

5. PROCUREMENT STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Create WI, Workflow and SOP on the section level.
• Handle vendor qualification and evaluation.
• CSR audit monitoring Direct Material and Indirect Material.
• Handle Procurement regulations.
• Handle Procurement contract managements.
• Support RBA activity.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/ Accounting Managerial/ Economic or equivalent.
• Have a minimum 1 year experience as Buyer or Purchasing.
• SAP knowledge is advantage.
• Expert in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel.
• Able to work in a team and independent.
• Self-drive and proactive person.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this position.

6. AUTOMATION ENGINEERING STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Make Concept Design Machine
• Create Bomlist & Make 2D drawing
• Make cost estimation machine
• Daily Machine Problem Issue Analysis & Follow Up
• Machine Preventive Maintenance Activity
• Machine Improvement Activity Follow Up
• Machine Programming Controll & Improvement

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with mechanical drawing, solid work, solid edge and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with PLC, HMI, and SCADA
• Good representation reporting and data collection.
• Able to build and conception for sequence machine.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.

7. QHSE STAFF (QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitoring, Verify & Analysis OHS & Environmental Objective Achievement
• Monitoring, Verify and Analysis OHS & Environmental Risk Assessment
• Monitoring OHS & EMS implementation
• Perform Internal Audit activity (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and other product certification)
• Support external Audit activity (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and other product certification)
• Other related job-related OHS and Environmental Management System

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience at least 2 years in manufacturing company in related position/ field.
• Have experience to handle Internal or External audit activity |Safety and Health
• Have statistical analysis skill and thinking logically in dealing with problems related to the OHS & Environmental system.
• Have ability to analyze OHS & environmental risks that are the impact of the manufacturing process.
• Certified as Internal auditor ISO45001 : 2018 & ISO14001:2015
• Experience in ISO 45001:2018 (OHS) & ISO14001 (EMS) for Maximal 2 years.
• Good communication skill, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented person.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.

8. QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitoring, Verify & Analysis Quality & Environmental Objective Achievement.
• Monitoring, Verify and Analysis Quality Risk Assessment.
• Monitoring QMS & EMS implementation.
• Perform Internal Audit activity (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and other product certification).
• Support external Audit activity (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and other product certification).
• Other related job-related Quality and Environmental Management System.

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience at least 2 years in manufacturing company in related position/ field.
• Have experience to handle Internal or External audit activity.
• Expert to analyze data using Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point.
• Have statistical analysis skill and thinking logically in dealing with problems related to the quality system.
• Have the ability to analyze environmental risks that are the impact of the manufacturing process.
• Good communication skill, analytical thinking, and detail oriented person.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.

9. OPERATOR FORKLIFT

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengoperasikan mesin forklift elektrik dan diesel
• Picking, issuing and loading material
• Mengoperasikan mesin type Man Down
• Mengoperasikan Ms. Office

Kualifikasi:

• Khusus SMA/SMK sederajat
• Memiliki lisensi K3 Pesawat Angkat & Pesawat Angkut (SIO Forklift) | Surat Izin Mengemudi Forklift
• Masa aktif lisensi SIO Forklift minimal 20 Juni 2027
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator forklift minimal 1 tahun
• Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft office
• Bersedia bekerja secara shift
