PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS7)

Lowongan Kerja – PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (Trans7) adalah salah satu stasiun televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia yang dahulunya bernama TV7. Stasiun televisi TV7 diluncurkan pada tanggal 25 November 2001, melakukan siaran perdana secara terestrial di Jakarta.

Mayoritas saham TV7 dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia, dan pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2006, PT Trans Corporation mengakuisisi kepemilikan saham TV7. Trans TV dan TV7 resmi bergabung, namun TV7 masih dimiliki opeh Kompas Gramedia hingga TV7 melakukan peluncuran ulang pada tanggal 15 Desember 2006 dengan nama baru yaitu Trans7.

Berbeda saat menjadi TV7, terhitung sejak awal tahun 2007, Trans7 telah mencapai keuntungan yang mampu mengalahkan Trans TV sebagai saudaranya sendiri. Dengan keuntungan ini, Trans7 menyewa gedung sendiri meski suah bergabung dengan Trans TV. Pertengahan tahun 2011, Trans7 memiliki gedung sendiri yang berlokasi disebelah gedung Trans TV.

Saat ini PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS7) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Oktober 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Assertive, energetic, having ability to work in a fast-paced environment, having good interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Content Creator

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Broadcast or Communication.
• Able to bring creative ideas to live on screen.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter that enjoys working collaboratively.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.

2. Art Director

• Bachelor Degree from Visual Communication Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of fundamental visual principles, including harmony, composition, and artistic style.
• Experienced or proficient in at least five key visual areas: Graphic Design, Set Design, Lighting, Property, and/or Styling.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with team.
• Adaptive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media environment

3. Media Planner

• Bachelor degree from Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in media research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.

4. Sponsorship Implementation

• Bachelor degree from Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate sponsorship ideas into impactful on-air and off-air executions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and genuine passion for the broadcast and entertainment industry.
