1. External Relation Senior Officer

Job Summary

Manage government relations, regulatory compliance, licensing, and external affairs activities to support company operations and standards.

Job Description

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders related to company operations
  2. Handle regulatory compliance, licensing, certifications, and company standards requirements, including SNI and related regulations
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with government policies, import/export regulations, and other applicable legal requirements
  4. Coordinate with ministries, customs, industry associations, and other relevant institutions to support smooth business operations
  5. Monitor regulatory updates and analyze their impact on company operations
  6. Prepare and manage documents, reports, permits, and regulatory submissions required by authorities
  7. Support communication and coordination with external parties, business partners, and related government institutions
  8. Prepare reports and presentations related to external relations and regulatory affairs activities for management
  9. Provide administrative and operational support for external affairs and compliance initiatives.

Job Recruitment

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Public Relations, Business, Law, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in External Relations, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or related roles
  3. Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  5. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
  6. Familiar with government regulatory processes, licensing, certification, and stakeholder management
  7. Good understanding of import/export regulations, SNI, and other compliance-related requirements
  8. Understanding of business processes in the tire, automotive, or manufacturing industry is an advantage

 

2. LSCM Excellence Analyst

Job Description:

  1. Support SCM Center of Excellence initiatives related to performance management, digitalization, transformation, and continuous improvement projects
  2. Collect, analyze, and prepare SCM performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for management review
  3. Assist in planning and implementing digital transformation and technology development projects within SCM
  4. Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital tools, systems, and platforms
  5. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency enhancement
  6. Coordinate training programs, workshops, and people development activities related to digital tools, soft skills, and hard skills
  7. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of transformation and digitalization initiatives
  8. Provide administrative and operational support for SCM projects and strategic initiatives
  9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of SCM initiatives and programs

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, performance management, digitalization, transformation, or IT project roles
  3. Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  5. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
  6. Familiar with SCM technologies, digital platforms, automation tools, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  7. Good understanding of business processes in the tire, automotive, or manufacturing industry
