Upstream Production Scheduler (PPIC)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) for FA1/FA2 with a 3-month horizon based on S&OP and sales forecasts.
• Manage transfer and blending for downstream demand (Soap, Dove, Fatty Alcohol, Dry Fraction).
• Monitor daily dispatch performance, including target achievement, loading reliability, and customer ETA.
• Coordinate bulk vessel cargo preparation with tank farm and bulk logistics teams.
• Lead weekly alignment on production schedules, dispatch activities, and storage capacity (tank farm & warehouse).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data management.
• Good understanding of Material Management, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Inventory Control.
• High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
