Team Leader Engineering WTP WWTP

Responsibility :

• Manage and lead a team of operators responsible for the day-to-day operations of the WTP (water treatment plant) dan WWTP (waste water treatment plant)
• Monitor and analyse plant performance data to identify areas for continues improvement and implement corrective actions
• Responsible to maintain, repair, kalibrasi and pabrikasi
• Prepare detailed reports on plant operations and performance for management

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Environment Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering is welcome)
• Experienced at least 1 year of working experience in WTP & WWTP
• Knowledgeable about WTP & WWTP procedures 
• Able to troubleshoot machines or tools in WTP & WWTP area
• Have a good attitude and leadership skills.
• Fast and Responsive in problem-solving.
• Willing to work with shifting system 
• Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area.
