Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee development programs.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  • Organize and manage training activities, both internal and external.
  • Support competency assessment and succession planning processes.
  • Support Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress.
  • Support department leaders to identify capability gaps.
  • Prepare reports and evaluations related to talent development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Education or related field.
  • Min. 1-3 yrs of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of competency development and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/LMS is a plus.
