• Search for potential candidates through platforms like Linkedin, JobStreet, or career portals.
• Conduct initial screenings or interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Assist in creating content to attract candidates, such as social media posts or career website updates.
• Participate in recruitment events like job fairs or career webinars.
• Manage recruitment-related documents such as internship contracts, offer letters, etc.
• Assist in onboarding new hires if needed.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about recruitment.
• Familiarity with designing and optimizing employee onboarding programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, creative, and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Advanced command of English both spoken and written.
• Interest in video/photo editing and social media trends is a plus.
