Synergy & Governance Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Guarantee that all funding products (savings, current accounts, deposits) comply with applicable regulations, both from external regulators (OJK, BI) and internal policies.
2. Act as a liaison between various related departments to ensure synergy in the development and implementation of funding programs.
3. Coordinate with IAD regarding internal regulatory audits of funding products to identify operational or compliance risks that may arise.
4. Manage documentation of product funding policies, operational procedures, service standards and product governance.
5. Ensure that promotional programs or product funding initiatives are aligned with company strategy and can run smoothly without the risk of violating regulations.
6. Provide guidance and training to relevant teams regarding product governance procedures.
7. Collaborate with CLLD, CPD, RMD and HOBD to manage the fulfillment of regulatory obligations related to funding products.
8. Oversee the entire product life cycle, from initial concept to end-of-life, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
9. Provide accurate management data and information to support the product governance framework and board reporting.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies related to product development and distribution.
11. Collaborate with various teams (e.g., product development, marketing, sales, legal, compliance) to ensure a consistent and effective product governance approach.
12. Coordinate with POD to carry out monitoring, analysis and evaluation of Funding Products and Programs that have been launched on a weekly or monthly basis
13. Prepare reports on the realization of achievements and for regulatory parties other reports if needed for audit purposes.
14. Coordinate with the Branch Business Team and Branch Operation Team for daily technical support for Product and Program Provisions.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of the product development process and life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Have the ability & knowledge of Product and Program Funding development
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Have negotiation skills.
• Able to coordinate between the Business Team at the branch and the Head Office Team.
• Have the ability to prepare presentation materials, carry out public communications that are clear and easy to understand.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets
• Strong integrity and punctual person
• Able to work together in team or individually
