What you’ll do:

• Analyze and assess secured financing applications
• Evaluate customer repayment capacity, financial condition, and creditworthiness
• Assess collateral and identify potential credit risks
• Prepare comprehensive credit assessment and recommendations
• Ensure financing processes comply with credit policy, risk appetite, and Sharia principles
• Collaborate with RM, Credit Risk, Legal, Appraisal, Financing Operation, and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage Segmented
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial analysis, cash flow, and credit risk
• Experience in secured financing is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking / Sharia financing is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and risk awareness
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
