SUPPLY MANAGER

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Food Technology, or other related fields.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support communication.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Material Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Preferably from FMCG or Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategy, supplier management, raw material planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Experienced in negotiating contracts, pricing, and strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to be placed in MM2100 Cibitung.
