Statistic Administration

Requirements :

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Logistics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of warehouse administration and operational processes, particularly inbound, outbound, inventory, and shipment activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and other data processing functions.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare accurate and timely warehouse reports.
• Familiar with and able to operate WMS and NC/ERP systems for data entry, verification, and retrieval.
• High attention to detail in data entry and verification, particularly regarding products, batches, quantities, inventory, shipments, and contracts.
• Able to perform cross-checks and identify data discrepancies between systems, documents, and actual warehouse conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with targets, deadlines, and large volumes of data, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in MM2100 – Cibitung.
