Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and reconcile sales-related expenses and supporting documents.
- Maintain sales records, customer documentation, and administrative files.
- Coordinate with internal departments and overseas counterparts to support sales operations.
- Prepare sales reports and administrative summaries for management.
- Assist in order processing and ensure timely completion of sales administration activities.
- β Support basic accounting and financial administration related to sales transactions.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complies with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience as Accounting Staff.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Understanding of invoicing, expense administration, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional and international teams.
