Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and reconcile sales-related expenses and supporting documents.
  • Maintain sales records, customer documentation, and administrative files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and overseas counterparts to support sales operations.
  • Prepare sales reports and administrative summaries for management.
  • Assist in order processing and ensure timely completion of sales administration activities.
  • ⁠Support basic accounting and financial administration related to sales transactions.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complies with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience as Accounting Staff.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of invoicing, expense administration, and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional and international teams.
