Social Media Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having experience minimum 4-5 years in Social Media, Content Creation, Video Production, or related fields, with 1-2 years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Preferred from FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or mass consumer brands
• Highly creative, proactive, passionate, and open to experimenting with new content formats and trends
• Strong understanding of Gen Z behavior, TikTok & Reels trends, platform algorithms, and performance metrics
• Strong copywriting, including engaging captions, hooks, and short-form storytelling
• Able to handle mobile photography, videography, and video editing using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment, both independently and collaboratively
• Proven experience supervising interns and junior team members

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead end-to-end social media management across multiple brands, including content planning, content creation, publishing, and performance reporting. Ensure all content aligns with brand goals and platform trends
• Develop content ideas and oversee the creation of engaging social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms. Explore new trends and content opportunities to improve performance
• Lead and mentor Social Media Executive, freelance & intern. Review content quality, provide feedback, and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Manage daily social media operations and coordinate with internal and external teams for content production, approvals, and publishing. Ensure smooth execution across all brands
