Senior Officer - Operation Staff Development

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or other related major
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in training & development, production, or operational roles (preferably in mining, mining contractor or heavy industry)
• Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs is an advantage
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel occasionally as required
