Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related major
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Training & Development, Production, or Operations, preferably in mining, mining contractors, or heavy industry
- Completed BMC (Basic Maintenance Course) training
- Knowledge of heavy equipment technical development, preventive maintenance, product knowledge, and machine troubleshooting
- Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs is an advantage
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel occasionally as required
