Safety and Health Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Hold a valid General Expert Occupational Safety & Health Certificate (AK3U Kemnaker).
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Good understanding of ISO 45001 and SMK3.
7. Able to collaborate effectively across departments.
8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

1. Manage the Safety & Health Committee and develop safety management systems.
2. Provide Safety & Health training and support to employees.
3. Investigate, analyze, and report incidents and accidents.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Safety & Health performance.
5. Conduct and monitor risk assessments.
6. Manage Health & Safety team operations and develop junior staff.
