Production Section Head

Responsibilities

• Lead the achievement of production, quality, cost, and productivity targets in line with established KPIs.
• Oversee production operations by optimizing material utilization, manpower, production capacity, and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Drive the implementation of manufacturing systems, including TPS, TPM, QCC, and other continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce production costs.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, as well as Health, Safety, and 5R standards.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and continuous skill development.
• Oversee new product mass production readiness and ensure the accuracy of production administration, including SAP transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (automotive experience is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
