Priority Banking Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve funding, lending, and profitability targets through effective market planning, budgeting, and sales initiatives.
• Drive third-party fund mobilization and business growth by identifying target markets, acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships with corporate and individual clients.
• Lead sales performance management by establishing sales pipelines, setting sales targets, monitoring business performance, conducting customer visits, and implementing initiatives to maximize business results.
• Strengthen customer relationships and service excellence by maintaining key client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for the Bank's products and services.
• Ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance by implementing prudent banking practices, AML/CTF requirements, KYC principles, and Bank Indonesia, OJK, and internal policy standards in all business activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a Priority Banking - Funding role.
3. Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operations, core banking systems, and funding/service products.
4. Excellent sales, customer service, and complaint-handling skills, with a target-oriented mindset.
5. Risk Management Certification (minimum level required by applicable regulations) and a high level of integrity.
6. Proficiency in English; additional professional certifications are an advantage.
