Petugas Penyuluh Lapangan (PPL)

Job Description :

• Provide technical support to customers regarding feed usage, husbandry management, and livestock performance.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor housing conditions and evaluate customer livestock performance.
• Analyze livestock performance, including growth, feed consumption, and husbandry efficiency.
• Provide education and technical recommendations regarding feeding programs, husbandry management, and vaccination schedules based on customer needs.
• Promptly and accurately address customer concerns regarding feed quality, livestock performance, or Day-Old Chicks (DOC).
• Coordinate with the Technical Service team regarding follow-up actions for field issues.
• Collect field data and prepare periodic visit reports and customer evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure optimal service and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Animal Science/Husbandry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Poultry Technical Service, Field Extension (PPL), or a similar role.
• Understanding of broiler/layer husbandry management, animal nutrition, and feed usage.
• Strong interest in the livestock and feedmill industries.
• Communicative, capable of building good customer relationships, and possessing a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong field analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
• Willing to be stationed in the Pontianak regions.
