Your Main Duty In Flying With Us
  • Lead the planning, buying, and implementation of all offline media assets (Billboard, LED, TVC, and etc) across all business verticals.
  • Rigorously manage and optimize the Marketing Budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and high ROI for every placement.
  • Act as the main Project Manager for ground events and brand activations, ensuring seamless execution from vendor scouting to "on-the-day" operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and agencies. Negotiate competitive rates and secure prime placements that keep tiket.com top-of-mind.
  • Oversee the production and installation process (monitoring proof of play/installation) to ensure 100% accuracy and zero downtime for offline assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure offline campaigns are integrated and consistent with the overall marketing message.
  • Analyze the impact of offline campaigns on brand health metrics and upper-funnel growth, providing actionable insights for future investments.

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Media Buying, Media Planning, or Brand Activation.
  • Experience at a top-tier media agency or a fast-paced tech company is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of the Indonesian offline media landscape (OOH trends, TV buying cycles, and regional regulations).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing events or roadshows with complex logistical requirements.
  • Possess the ability to secure the best locations at the best prices.
  • Strong command of budget tracking tools and data-driven reporting (Excel/Google Sheets is a must).
  • Thrive in high-pressure environments, can pivot quickly when plans change, and possess a "boots-on-the-ground" attitude for event execution.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
