We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Engineering Maintenance Team and lead maintenance excellence in a high-speed tissue manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation (EIA)
Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in the Pulp & Paper industry
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
Strong experience with Toscotec, Valmet, or A.Celli Tissue Machines is highly preferred.

Preventive, Predictive & Reliability-Centered Maintenance (PM, PdM & RCM)
RCA & FMEA
CMMS / SAP PM
Reliability Engineering
Shutdown Management
DCS, PLC, VFD & Drives
Steam & Condensate, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
TPM, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
