Logistic Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, propose, and control the logistics operational work plan and budget.
• Propose and periodically evaluate pricing for new and existing transporters in accordance with the transporter selection Work Instruction (WI).
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize delivery plans by balancing cost efficiency, fleet availability, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure delivery service levels meet company targets through coordination with Warehouse, PPIC, Sales, and Distribution teams.
• Establish, evaluate, and review logistics process standards to ensure operational activities comply with procedures and best practices.
• Evaluate transporter performance on a monthly and annual basis to ensure service quality, pricing, and compliance with standards.
• Manage the logistics team's performance: task allocation, KPI monitoring, coaching, and recommendations on personnel matters (warning letters, recruitment, promotion, termination).
• Ensure consistent implementation of the Quality Management System, Food Safety, and SMK3 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) within the Logistics Department.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the logistics system to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic reports on cost, service level, and vendor evaluation for management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution.
• Minimum 2 years in a logistics supervisor/coordinator role.
• Experience working in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing companies.
• Proficient in ERP / TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Proven involvement in cost optimization or distribution network improvement projects.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
