Lead, Digital Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital applications to support business growth, digital transformation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and lead Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and DevOps Engineers, ensuring effective collaboration, high performance and timely delivery of software development projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end of Software Development Life Cycle, from solution design, development testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure software solutions are developed in accordance with coding standards, secure development practices, architecture guideline, and technology best practices to deliver scalable and high quality applications.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Manager, and vendors to translate business requirement into technical solutions.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, development frameworks, and engineering best practices to enhance software quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper technical documentations, application governance, and compliance with IT policy and regulatory requirements,
• Providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and engineering expertise.
• Prepare project status updates, engineering metrics and development reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience ins software engineering, including at least 3 years in technical or senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in full stack application development, including frontend, backend, API integration, database design, and modern software architecture.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle.
• Hands on experience on modern development frameworks, CI/CD pipeline and version control system.
• Good understanding of application security, security coding practice, software quality assurance.
• Experience working with digital products, enterprise applications, or trading system within Financial Services Industry, especially stock brokerage business.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem solving, with ability to mentor technical team and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
