Key responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies for assigned Local Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor Key Account sales performance and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery through coordination with distributors and area teams.
  • Coordinate with Regional and Marketing teams to execute promotional and activation programs at Key Account outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers to support long-term business partnerships.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyze sales and Key Account performance data to generate business insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, account activities, and market developments.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple sites or accounts simultaneously with strong organisational abilities
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with senior client representatives
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and make strategic decisions based on performance insights
