Internal Container Storage Assistant Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage yard and dispatch operations to ensure smooth flow and OTIF.
• Optimize yard layout, truck positioning, and capacity for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure dispatch readiness and system accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety, SOPs and GMP.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in yard/logistic operations (FMCG preferred).
• Strong understanding of SAP, WMS, and/or Yard Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of SHE, GMP, and operational compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
