About the role

Responsible for supporting export and import operations by preparing and validating shipping documents, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ensures timely customs clearance processes, accurate preparation drafts, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and proper maintenance of export-import documentation to support smooth international logistics activities and compliance with customs regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or other related majors
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CEISA 4.0 is preferred
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
