Head of Human Capital

Job Responsibility :

• Design and develop the Human Capital Roadmap as a strategic guideline for the team to formulate work programs that effectively and efficiently support organizational objectives.
• Build a competitive workforce through effective talent attraction, employee development initiatives, and retention programs.
• Serve as a Human Capital Business Partner by supporting the organization in achieving its objectives effectively and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for all Human Capital processes and establish or continuously improve departmental business processes to ensure standardized and efficient operations.
• Lead the development and empowerment of the Human Capital team to enhance capabilities and support the organization's evolving challenges and business needs.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement programs to optimize resource management and work processes, enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Evaluate all departmental activities and ensure each team member achieves established performance objectives and individual development targets.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
• Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, hospitality, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and HR digitalization is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, Jawa Barat (On Site) and willing to travel as required.
