ESG & SUSTAINABILITY SUPERVISOR

Job Description

As an ESG & Sustainability Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving PT Ultra Sakti's sustainability journey by supporting the implementation of ESG initiatives, strengthening sustainability governance, and ensuring accurate sustainability reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that create long-term value for both the business and society.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability strategy and business objectives.
• Manage ESG data collection, Sustainability Reporting, and regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable reporting standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainability programs and achieve ESG performance targets.
• Support the development of sustainability governance, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote sustainability awareness through effective stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Sustainability Reporting, ESG Data Management, or related fields.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG, consulting, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, IFRS Sustainability Standards, GHG Protocol, SROI, and ISO.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and professional working proficiency in English.
