Coffee Research and Development Specialist

What you will do :

• Develop and formulate coffee products from concept and recipe creation through laboratory and production trials.
• Improve existing coffee products through reformulation, raw material substitution, and process optimization.
• Conduct product testing and sensory evaluation to ensure quality, consistency, and desired coffee profile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product trials, scale-up, and commercialization.

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Research and Development preferably in coffee product development.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in coffee evaluation, including blending, cupping, sensory assessment, and raw material evaluation.
• Knowledge of food regulations, BPOM registration, packaging compliance, and export requirements.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
