Branch Controller Overseas (Accounting Compliance)

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct compliance reviews of financial operations at overseas branches in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Coordinate with related departments to ensure operational and business targets are achieved.
3. Verify supporting documents for cash disbursements at overseas branches.
4. Monitor the consistent implementation of new policies and systems across overseas branches.
5. Review and analyze financial transaction records of overseas branches.
6. Follow up on findings from financial transaction analyses and compliance reviews to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Internal Control, Finance, Accounting, or Compliance.
3. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Willing travel overseas for business trips as required.
