Job Responbility:
- Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned area
- Build & maintain relationships with distributors and retailers
- Implement sales strategies & promotional programs to boost brand presence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
- Lead, coach & motivate area sales team for high performance
- Report sales results & provide market feedback to management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- Retired and early retired professionals are welcome to apply
- Solid experience in FMCG sales (area management experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & presentation tools
- Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel & work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid SIM A (driving license)
