1. Public Relations

Kontrak Kerja di kantor lokasi Periuk, Kota Tangerang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Designing and creating press releases
• Prepare a statement or speech to be delivered by a company spokesperson or audio visual regarding the statement
• Monitor the activities of business competitors
• Improving and maintaining the company’s reputation by creating various programs, such as crisis management and conducting research related to the public’s view of the company
• Create, organize and manage events that the company participates in
• Developing communication strategies to improve company quality
• Sharing information related to the company to outside parties (Branding Image)
• Establish, supervise, and review public relations activities

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Journalism, or International Relations, Management.
• Minimum Experience 3 years on the same field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to craft compelling and concise messages for various audiences.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience in organizing and managing press conferences, interviews, and media events.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in crisis communication and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Quick decision-making skills and composure under pressure.

2. Purchasing Staff

Kontrak Kerja di kantor lokasi Sepatan Timur, Kabupaten Tangerang

Persyaratan:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum experiences 3 years in the related field
• Strong experience in procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, market trends, and supplier management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Precision and attention to detail are crucial to ensure accuracy in purchasing orders, contracts, and documentation.
• A commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to procurement policies and guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changes in market conditions, supplier relationships, and company priorities.
• Have good communication in english is more preferable

Persyaratan:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree’s in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often preferred
• Minimum have 5 years experience to the related position
• Excellent communication skills in english
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
• Strong ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Creative thinking to develop engaging and effective digital content
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, understanding their algorithms, and the ability to create and execute social media strategies.
• Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility in search engine results
• Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc
• Strong ability to use data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make informed adjustments to improve results.
