Lowongan Kerja – Kekho Group adalah group perusahaan Indonesia yang berkembang dengan spesialisasi unitk di sector bisnis stategis Sertifikasi, Audit, Inpeksi, Konsultasi, Pelatihan, Proyek Manajeman dan Akses Pasar.

Saat ini Kekho Group kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2024 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. We would like to invite high-qualified candidates for the following position:

 

Jakarta Based
TOEFL Min. 400

 

1. MARKETING & SALES

(Jakarta based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting sales program and other related activities.
  • Supporting creation of proposal, quotation, contract and project schedule.
  • Supporting effective communication with customer and partner regarding projects.

General Requirements:

  • Female / Male, max 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 Degree, majoring in Engineering / Marketing / Economics / Business
    Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing & Sales.
  • Having a working experience in Certification and/or Consulting companies is favourable.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Having a good network in the industrial market is favourable.
  • Having a good communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
  • Familiar with management and technical standard e.g. ISO, SNI, etc. is preferable.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to travel, work overtime and able to work under pressure.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.

 

2. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

You will be responsible for:

  • To manage the daily operation in Finance & Accounting and Tax
  • Supervise the implementation of Finance & Accounting and Tax
  • Manage financial reports such as petty cash and P/L report.
  • Supervise the implementation and reporting of tax
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers / vendors related to payment activities, invoices,
    taxes and other finance & accounting related matters

General Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max 40 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree, majoring in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration and Tax.
  • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Must be highly skilled in use of MS Office application.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Must be highly skilled in TAX matters e.g. PPN, PPH 21, PPH Final, etc.
  • Have a tax certificate (Brevet A & B)
  • Having a working experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Accurate and precise on administrative works.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard working and self-motivated person.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.

 

3. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

(Jakarta Based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling all of process finance & accounting in the company.
  • Generate timely & accurate financial reports to Management such as petty cash and P/L report.
  • Prepare & resolves purchase order, receipt, invoice, reimbursement and payment related matters.
  • Bank reconciliations of multiple bank accounts.
  • Tax reporting.

General Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max 35 years old.
  • Minimum D3 Degree, majoring in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration and Tax.
  • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Must be highly skilled in use of MS Office application.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Must be highly skilled in TAX matters e.g. PPN, PPH 21, PPH Final, etc.
  • Have a tax certificate (Brevet A & B)
  • Having a working experience is preferable.

4. HUMAN RESOURCE AND GENERAL AFFAIR

(Jakarta Based)

You will be responsible for:

  • Day to day administrative works including document control.
  • Responsible for all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Responsible with employees and management of office activities
  • Provide support and assistance related with document administration office.
  • Communicate with supplier

General Requirements:

  • Male/ Female, max 35 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree, majoring in Psychology / HR Management.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in HR and GA position.
  • Having a working experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking is a must.
  • Accurate and precise on administrative works.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working and self-motivated person.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
