Lowongan Kerja – Gojek Indonesia mulai beroperasi pada 2010, dengan satu jenis layanan saja, yakni layanan transportasi berupa ojek. Pada saat itu, Gojek Indonesia hanya memiliki 20 ojek dan 1 call center saja.

Sekarang Gojek Indonesia telah memiliki banyak produk dan layanan, mulai dari layanan transportasi, logistik, layanan pembiayaan, pesan makanan dan belanja, dan masih banyak lagi.

Untuk menjalankan bisnis dan meningkatkan layanannya, Gojek Indonesia kini telah memiliki lebih dari 45 kantor yang tersebut di Indonesia, dengan kantor pusat yang beralamat di Pasaraya Blok M Gedung B Lt. 6 Jalan Iskandarsyah II No.7, RW. 2, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, RT.3/RW.1, Melawai, Kby. Baru Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12160.

Saat ini Gojek Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Mei 2023 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja Gojek Indonesia

 

1. Marketing & Communications Intern

What You Will Do

  • Support the team to diagnose the trend and find insights relating to sustainability and materiality areas
  • Assist to generate creative ideas to develop engaging storytelling content and solid key messages
  • Assist to manage social media of YABB and its programs within the timeline including content development, regular update, inquiries response, relevant engagement, measurement and reporting
  • Assist to manage online activation of YABB and its programs including plan and content development, community engagement, invitation and user journey management, measurement and reporting
  • Assist to write content such as press releases, articles, and blogs of YABB and its programs for media publications, social media, and website
  • Coordinate with agencies, partners, and internal team within GoTo Group to develop and execute the plan

What You Will Need

  • Final year student (no more in-class study) or a fresh graduate from a reputable university, majoring in marketing or communications.
  • Having some previous experience in organizing events or working in a division/organization that deals with sustainability would be an added advantage.
  • Possess social media management skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube), including copywriting, graphic design, and social media analytics.
  • Able to operate graphic design software and have an interest in writing, these are not mandatory but preferable.
  • Motivated to create a positive impact in the socio-economic environment and beyond.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing.

 

2. CRM Executive (GoFood)

What You Will Do

  • Setup/Implement and Monitor lifecycle journey automation programs and tactical campaigns via outbound channels (Email, Push Notification, & WhatsApp/SMS) and inbound channels (Card, App Inbox, App Native Display, & In-App Message).
  • Manage the setup, creation, and updating of emails, push notifications, inbox, card, landing pages, forms, and reports for campaigns.
  • Analyze & create reports for CRM campaign activity and customer behavior & activity in Gojek App.
  • Plan and update the campaign communications calendar.
  • Setup the A/B testing process for CRM campaigns for content, segment, and other relevant factors.
  • Develop communication templates (email, in-app, or app push) for consistency and effectiveness in accordance with brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Identify improvement areas, use cases for CRM campaign management tools, and audience management capabilities for the development roadmap

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Management or other majors.
  • Relevant experience in CRM campaign management with minimum 1+ years of working experience, which includes designing, planning and running multiple CRM campaigns preferred
  • Familiar with email marketing and push notification, especially CRM
  • Knowledge in marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Proven record of planning and execution using data-driven approaches.
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent written, communication skills and has a creative mindset
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing

3. Marketing Manager

What You Will Do

  • Conduct research to understand merchants needs and behavior and analyze product performance data to identify opportunities
  • Developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives
  • Create product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products from competitors
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, and email marketing by working together with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the plan
  • Developing and managing referral or other marketing programs to drive merchant acquisition
  • Identify, develop, implement, and refine consumer-focused lifecycle & retention marketing strategies
  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to create campaign or marketing reports
  • Running A/B tests and analyzing results to optimize conversion rates and user acquisition

What You Will Need

  • Relevant years of working experience in Tech, Bank, Consulting or Marketing Agencies
  • 2+ years of Relevant experience in marketing or growth roles
  • Customer obsession and passion in marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and delighted with statistical analysis and figures
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, delighted to work with other stakeholders (BI/Data, Business, Product, Leadership)

4. Brand Manager – Transport

What You Will Do

  • Manage transport marketing team & inspire business teams by defining opportunities and creating impactful strategy that leads to positive business performance
  • Synthesizing insights and translate them into the effective go to market and communication strategy
  • Lead marketing campaigns development, monitoring, and evaluation incl. creative & media strategy development & execution with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead marketing metrics development, monitoring, and performance analysis in periodically basis
  • As budget owner, lead budgeting development, monitoring and evaluation
  • Actively collaborate across functions & streams especially product and strategy & planning team in growing Transport new business.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience working as a brand or product marketing field in FMCG, technology, telecommunication, or start-up
  • Excellent written & verbal communication abilities at the business level with strong presentation skills in order to represent the Marketing team in functional meetings
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) work environment
  • Strong capacity planning and reporting abilities; strong commercial sense and logical thinking skills to think outside the box

5. Logistics Brand Manager

What You Will Do

  • Developing and implementing brand strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Conducting market research: you must stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for the brand.
  • Creating marketing campaigns: You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns that communicate the brand’s message effectively and resonate with the target audience. Manage end-to-end campaign development including insight generation, campaign creative and media briefing, 360 marketing channel planning, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Managing the brand’s visual identity: You must ensure that the brand’s visual identity, including logos, colors, and other visual elements, is consistent across all channels.
  • Managing all brand assets and media: You will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media presence and engaging with followers to build a community around the brand.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: your must work closely with teams across the organization, including product development, corporate affairs, government relations, business team, customer support, driver engagement team, etc, to ensure that the brand’s messaging aligns with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Measuring and analyzing performance: you must track the performance of the brand’s marketing initiatives and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Protecting the brand’s reputation: you must monitor the brand’s reputation and respond to negative feedback or reviews to protect the brand’s image.

What You Will Need

  • Possess a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business/ Marketing / Communication field from a reputable university or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Having at least 5 years of experience as a brand or product marketing manager, analytics manager, or strategy & planning manager in a technology company is preferable.
  • Skilled in crafting effective marketing, communication, and business strategies.
  • Experienced in end-to-end campaign development, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Skilled in working with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary stakeholders, and leading communication plans for internal stakeholders.
  • Capable of problem-solving and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities for company growth by addressing user tensions.
  • Experienced in brand health tracking, reporting, trend monitoring, and developing improvement plans.

 

6. People Business Partner

What You Will Do

  • Develop effective ongoing relationships with leaders, establishing yourself as a credible, trusted, respected, and valued thought partner
  • Act as a trusted liaison for the organizations you partner with (within the manager and employee base for each client group)
  • Provide PAC programmatic partnership on cyclical, COE-driven initiatives (e.g. engagement survey analysis, communication, and planning execution; mid-year and year-end pay and promo planning; talent management; performance reviews)
  • Provide leaders with advice and guidance around their organizational structure to optimize for business objectives in a highly matrixed and dynamic commercial environment
  • Understand your client groups’ key talent, their strengths, and development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with relevant leaders
  • Be an active contributor in Technology People Business Partner team meetings, and challenge ideas and ‘the status quo’ while offering up solutions based on your experience working in similar fast-paced environments
  • Work on Corporate or Global projects as needed to gain insights for your own growth journey at Gojek

  • Experience leading teams of people in a People and Culture setting

  • Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred
  • Strong ability to generate innovative HR solutions that are suitable and appropriate for Gojek
