Lowongan Kerja – Axdif merupakan salah satu divisi bisnis Elabram Group yang memiliki fokus pada sistem Sumber Daya Manusia.

Kami memulai Axdif untuk penggunaan internal kami guna mengatasi tantangan SDM internal kami karena kami memiliki staf yang bekerja di bidang proyek dari jarak jauh. Dengan memiliki aplikasi seluler, mendukung perusahaan di mana saja dan kapan saja untuk melacak dan melaporkan aktivitas kerja dari staf. Axdif bukan hanya alat pelaporan dan pencatatan produktivitas tetapi juga menciptakan komunikasi dan keterlibatan bagi staf. Berikan pengalaman holistik untuk staf dan manajemen dalam satu aplikasi.

Saat ini Axdif kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2023 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Business Development Executive – SaaS

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target
  • Offer SaaS product
  • Research companies to contact (corporate, startup, etc)
  • Build and manage relationships with prospects & customers
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
  • Craft emails to those prospects to convey the value of the product and book an introductory meeting with them
  • Make cold and warm phone calls to prospects to follow up, and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to call, giving demos & closing
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction
  • Manage the sales data on a daily basis with meeting notes, sales funnel updates, etc
  • Log, track, and maintain customer contact and contact records
  • Along with the pre-sales team, creating a pitch-winning presentation to get new clients
  • Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies
  • Collaborate with the engineering and customer success team to deliver product feedback
  • Analyze and target new opportunities for Project Management, Communication, and ESS application
  • Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities for leads

Qualifications

  • Willing to work in Jakarta Pusat
  • Degree in business administration, management, or relevant field
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products for B2B. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
  • Proven track record in achieving and even exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth understanding of the SaaS market
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEO, and IT Managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient in English
  • Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and results-focused
  • Desire to drive results and improve every single day
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, and hunger for feedback
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual
  • Coachable attitude. Should be willing and able to learn about the products, processes, and stakeholders very fast
