Finance Accounting Staff

PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES), is one of subsidiary of Medco Power Indonesia (MPI) based in North Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is looking for professionals with the following qualifications:

Job Description

• Direct, monitor, and control all accounting and finance services activities in order to ensure all transactional information is recorded and posted accurately and timely, and in compliance with the prevailing accounting principles and standard
• Documentation of cash disbursement and cash receipt from accounting system (SAP) in accordance with the completeness of supporting documents in accordance with the requirements
• Calculate and make taxes (corporate income tax article 25 and corporate income tax Article 29) in the case of organizing the company’s operational activities
• Making monthly report from outstanding cash advance deadline in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2007 quality objectives of 80% outstanding cash advance not exceeding 30 working days
• Making paper work or recapitulation of all significant company transactions or materials
• Generate sales invoice documentation, electricity, especially to the customer (Invoice and Official Receipt) completed with supporting documents in accordance with the requirements
• Conducting medium verification of all documents of payment as well as receipt of funds in the case of completeness & validity as a standard requirement of completeness of financial administration documents
• Making a standing instruction to the Bank for payment of all expenses
• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Having knowledge accounting system
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Fluently both speaking and written in English
• Minimum 1 (One) years’ experience in the same field.
• Willing to Relocate to Bolaang, Mongondow, North Sulawesi
