Responsibilities
  • Dissemble goals , formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans;
  • Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs;
  • Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;

  • Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
  • Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
  • Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus.

2. E-Commerce Moderation Policy Trainer and Operation

Responsibilities
  • Conduct further analysis and craft moderation policies on sellers, products, and contents in SEA markets with a focus on safety issues such as fraud, counterfeit products, and regulated products;
  • Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in Strategies and Ops to develop effective training material;
  • Work closely with the quality team to identify struggling areas that should be addressed through learning solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • 1 - 3 years of demonstrated experience in e-commerce policy enforcement or public policy. Preferably from e-commerce governance and social media background;
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must;

3. Ecommerce Governance - Seller Risk Management Strategy Operation

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sellers' compliance management and building up strategies to evaluate sellers' behaviors, including product listing behavior, fulfillment, and services;
  • Responsible for building up the seller enforcement process and working closely with the product team and the tech team to optimize the enforcement system efficiency;
  • Support communications, enforcement actions, and data reporting for the seller enforcement and appeal programs;
  • Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing seller plans of action in response to enforcement actions;
  • Responsible for minimizing the number of sellers on the TikTok platform who actively and consistently attempt to engage in non-compliance.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • +3 years of hands-on and in-depth experience in e-commerce governance strategies is a must;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing;

4. HR Business Partner - E-Commerce, Jakarta

Responsibilities
  • Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to grow the E-commerce business through interviewing, onboarding, and evaluating candidates.
  • Coach and mentor business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Be the ambassador for the TikTok organizational culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue driving employee engagement.
  • Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and continued 1:1 coaching in their first 90 days.
  • Manage HR operation activities: e.g. issuance of offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, exit reviews, etc.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources working experience.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Must have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
  • Experience within the e-commerce or technology sector preferred.
  • Strong written and oral English is required, and Chinese language skill is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
