1. Development & Learning Center Supervisor

Job Descriptions:
  • Conduct the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Designing and facilitating a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs.
  • Organizing and controlling the Training, Apprenticeship and Training Effectiveness Evaluation Program.
  • Managing learning management system and evaluation.
  • Identify and develop the internal trainers.
  • Contribute to the instruction and presentation of learning courses and assess how effectively different methods and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree from Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to create and arrange training materials and TNA.
  • Excellent ability in report writing and presentation.
  • Understand the current state of trends and technology related to training activities.
  • Practical experience in organizing training (including sourcing and recommending reliable training providers), delivering, facilitating and evaluating trainings.
  • Detail oriented, analytical & critical thinking.
  • Good communication skill with all levels.
  • Preferably fluent in English.
  • Willingness to learn, excellent analytical thinking, communication & interpersonal skills.


2. Quality Assurance Staff

Job Specification :
  • Minimum Diploma Degree majoring Industrial or Electrical from reputable university
  • Have 1 years experience in Quality Control (experienced from Manufacture Electronics will be beneficial)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Able to speak Japanese is beneficial
  • Able to make report and presentation
  • Willing to learn
  • Hardworking and have good analyctical thinking
  • Willing to work shift
  • Placement : Karawang, KIIC

Job description :
  • Control new model document for pre and mass production
  • Monitor mass production to ensure production standard
  • Follow up quality problem
  • Control supplier and follow up to improve
  • Recommend adjustment to improve supplier quality
  • Support regular audit and new supplier


3. Leader Production

Job Specification:
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring Industrial Engineering from reputable university
  • Experience minimum 2 years in the similar position
  • Good communication skill
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and Japanese (will be beneficial)
  • Good analysis and hard worker
  • High loyalty, willing to learn and honest
  • Willing to work underpressure
  • Willing to work shift
  • Placement : KIIC - Karawang

Job Description:
  • Achieve production target
  • Maintain production schedule
  • Reduce unit and part defect
  • Make daily, weekly, and monthly report production
  • Monitoring employee attendance
  • Control safety environment and saving energy
  • Control availability part and material for production
