Sales Representative PS

Job Descriptions
  • Location: Balikpapan
  • Status: Contract

General role and responsibilities :
  • Receive leads internally or externally and collect required amount of data regarding the lead
  • Review leads and conduct assessment for lead qualification based on customer data
  • Conduct detailed opportunity assessment and prioritize the opportunities based on predefined criteria: along with the superior manager decide if and when an opportunity needs to pursued
  • Interact with the customer to define requirement and inform the same to the application engineering
  • Create customer solution along with the application engineering and propose the solution to the customer
  • Create customer quote based on agreed solution, estimated delivery time and approved price
  • Negotiate with the customer to agree on final solution, price and terms and conditions of the transaction
  • Inform customer about down payment requirements and receive down payment, if needed
  • Create plan for customer calls, get support from other resources if needed and schedule the calls
  • Determine call structure and approach, prepare discussion content and questions for need analysis
  • Ensure that value proposition is conveyed effectively
  • Gather information from customer as and when required
  • Accountable for usage sales kit
  • Seek resourcing support from sales support manager for opportunities as needed
  • Receive PO, send invoice to the customer, confirm delivery, and manage AR collection

Technician Technology Support

Job Descriptions
  • Location: Tembagapura
  • Status: Contact 1 Year
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collecting the required data from various sources such as historical activity, PRTG Record Monitoring and daily Off board complete report.
  • Plan, prepare, measure and analyze the necessary resources and data material, manpower and schedule accurately.
  • Setting up a regular Preventive Maintenance schedule and managing other maintenance activities down-days to be effective.
  • Provide accurate direction and feedback to overcome the obstacles in the Off Board System and Infrastructure.
 
Requirements:
  • D3 Mechatronic Engineering  or Computer Engineering or Computer & Network Engineering
  • Experience in Technology Support or Fresh Graduate.
  • Familiar with Fundamental Network Infrastrucrure  (LAN & WI-FI).
  • Basic English, MS Office.
