1. Accounting Officer

Responsibilities
  • Prepare manual GRR, MIS, journal etc .
  • Prepare monthly detailed balance sheet schedule .
  • Maintain accounting data in the inventory system .
  • Coordinate with other divisions related to assignments.
  • Prepare inventory report to the users and management.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
  • Expected experience: 1-2 years (preferable experience from Public Accountant)
  • Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Have a driving license and able to drive manual gear.
  • Have analytical and critical thinking also problem solving mindset.
  • Good understanding of a company’s business process/ flows.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

2. Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Support the business through the use of early stage lean six sigma tools, process mapping, project scoping, and project charter completion.
  • Review existing processes and systems, with a view to identifying process optimisation opportunities, and making recommendations.
  • Promote the continuous development and improvement of standardised and consistent processes across Finance and wider business.
  • To own and deliver projects within Finance (and wider business when required).
  • Post project completion, monitor performance KPI's and highlight when a process is not performing as expected.
  • Work with Finance and business line stakeholders and customers to understand improvement opportunities, manage workshops and forums to identify solutions and deliver as required.
  • To support the training and development to all Finance (and busniess when requested) staff, to develop an internal expertise in understanding of six sigma processes, robotics process automation, workshop facilitation and project management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Management Information System / Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - with the drive and flexibility to support others.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
  • Excellent data and reconciliation skills.

3. Accountant

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all daily accounting tasks, i.e. prepare journal voucher, payment voucher, bank reconciliation, closing the general ledger.
  • Preparing financial statements, including financial report and disclosures
  • Prepare consolidation working paper and the consolidated reports
  • Preparing deferred tax calculation, tax documentation and tax reporting
  • Intercompany process and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with external auditors during the audit engagements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • 3-4 years in Public Accounting Firm
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Have experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, especially consolidated financial statements.
  • Having good accounting skills, update with the new accounting standards (SAK & IFRS).
  • Having understanding of deferred tax calculation
  • Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
  • Having good problem solving skill, analytical and logical thinking.
  • Have ability to work under pressure and against tight deadline, has attention to detail and has strong initiative.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a good team player
  • Excellent communication (written or verbal) skills

4. Computer Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Data Center Department Head, this position is responsible to install, maintain, monitor and conduct regular assessment for all environmental device inside Data Centers and Remote Sites.
  • This position is also responsible to manage inventory of computer supplies, backup media, and computer equipment, and maintain support agreement of hardware, software, and license deployed in Data Centers and Remote Sites.
  • Compile and manage procurement, vendor administration, vendor performance and evaluation
  • Coordinates and collaborate with other Data Center and Network staff to follow up maintenance, documentation, and cleanliness of Data Center environment and devices

Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer or Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience would be preferred.
  • Proven knowledge in electrical panel will be an advantage.
  • Able to standby and support 24/7 operation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
