1. Relationship Manager - Commercial

Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities
  • Achieve Bank’s business targets which has been set
  • Carry out work programs which has been set in Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP)
  • Conduct commercial credit process in accordance with the Bank’s policies to reduce credit risks which may appear
  • Solicit new potential customers database and carry out cross selling of commercial banking products
  • Carry out other duties assigned by superior

Qualifications
  • Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Management, or other related fields.
  • Have 3 years of working experience as Relationship Manager Commercial in Banking industry.
  • Have deep knowledge in credit analysis and process
  • Possess level 1 Risk Management certification
  • Strong integrity and punctual person


2. Operations Support Officer

Jakarta Pusat

Job Description:
  • Support the maintenance of customer data, ATM card, and accounts in accordance with Bank’s regulations and SOP
  • Authorize operational and transactional implementation of customer data, ATM cards, and accounts
  • Identify, analyse, and give solution of operational and transactional issues of branches or related divisions
  • Carry out dormant account activation approval from branches
  • Carry out UAT (User Acceptance Test) of Core Banking system setup
  • Distribute ATM cards to branches

Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in IT
  • Minimum 3 (three) years in the same position in Banking industry
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
  • Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person

3. Legal Business Support

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out credit agreement process
  • Monitor result of credit agreement which issued by notary
  • Prepare and check documents related to credit agreement
  • Provide legal opinion to other business units
  • Prepare reports periodically related to work results

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of work experience as Legal Business / Legal Credit in a bank
  • Possess bachelor's degree (S1) majoring Law
  • Strong integrity and punctual person
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and targets
  • Good English skill (written & verbal)

4. Lending Management Information & Support

Jakarta Pusat

General Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports of target & achievement of all person-in-charge under Business directorate
  • Process and analyse data related to debtor’s credit facilities such as daily & monthly projection of repayment & disbursement, end of month outstanding projection, unused working capital loan limit
  • Process data related to regulators (BI & OJK) such as OBOX & COVID-19 restructuring update.
  • Monitor loan portfolio quality and debtor’s collectability by providing daily reports of credit facility data and days past due of debtors
  • Requirements:
  • Education minimum S1 (Sarjana)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as MIS Lending or related positions in Banking
  • Excellent skill in data processing and analysis using Excel
  • Strong integrity person
  • English fluent (verbal & written)


5. Funding Marketing Officer - Pekanbaru

General Responsibilities:
  • Monitor work activities and reports from Sales Person under supervision, and carry out coaching activities related with their performances and achievements
  • Create report periodically of the team's progress and achievement
  • Work together with Branch Offices, Divisions, and other Work Units in order to achieve business growth target that have been set
  • Coordinate and control the Funding Wholesale Unit's activities with the Branch Offices
  • To carry out duties and make decisions prudently taking into consideration risk management aspects, also to always maintain the Good Corporate Governance and involved in the Bank's preparation to face the Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia (API) program

Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalent
  • Experienced at least 3 year(s) as Funding Marketing or 4 years as Customer Service from Banking Industry
  • Have knowledge in Banking Products & Services, and Banking Regulations
  • Good communication and persuasion skill
  • Have wide customer database and strong relationship with potential customers

6. Corporate Legal Banking Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice on the legal and regulatory matters in relation to the company’s business initiatives in the field of banking service.
  • Advice, draft, and review a various range of contracts/agreements and other documents in relation to any banking transactions (such as KKS-STA, KPR/KPA, Loan/Credit Agreement, Agreement related to Bank Guarantee, etc.).
  • Ensure all contracts/agreements comply with updated regulations and company’s policies.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional departments/divisions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) majoring Law.
  • At least 2 year- relevant professional working experience as in-house legal of banking service company.
  • Highly capable in drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents.
  • Good legal knowledge for corporate and civil law and analytical interpretation of company’s business.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to adapt, quick learner, work both individually and with team and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment.

7. IT Security & Governance Department Head

General Responsibilities:
  • Monitor design and implementing safeguard to protect the system, whether it is in the form of software, hardware or new operating procedures.
  • Monitor Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
  • Monitor of maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitor networks to detect any suspicious or hostile activities, and take measures, such as installing firewalls to defend against malicious attacks on the systems.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and track remediation of risks related to IT infrastructure, applications, platforms and suppliers and drive explicit requirements and timelines in all environments
  • Manage an information security risk management program including development, evaluation, and adherence to multiple areas of practice
  • Communicate security issues to management.
  • Establish and oversee formal vulnerability management and penetration testing
  • Responsible for policies, procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and audit requirements as well as good business practice
  • Monitor findings and requests from the regulator related to IT
  • Prepare & collect information related to external and internal auditor
  • Supervise & Review IT SOP (Standard Operational Procedure)
  • Supervise for OJK reporting related to IT Policy.

Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT
  • Minimum 5 (three) years of working experience in Banking as IT Security, with experience to lead subordinates
  • Experienced in developing and implementing new security systems, security programs, protocols and maintenance of existing systems
  • Deep knowledge of data communications and network experience of operating systems and tools
  • Have knowledge of information security solutions, including data loss prevention, intrusion detection and prevention, network security monitoring and vulnerability management
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Preferably have Risk Management certification
