  • Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
  • Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
  • Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders

Skills & Experiences:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG

Supervisor Consumer Engagement - Palembang

  • Handling event and sponsorship to deliver brand experience for the targeted market
  • Delivering LAMP / HOP’s strategy analytics, including building relationship and monitoring

  • Assess readiness of markets of the region before deployment of global solutions
  • Design business process solutions for identified gaps between markets and global solution (localizations)
  • Deploy global solutions in markets of the region (DCE2, OMS)
  • Ensure smooth transition from project to BAU in markets
  • Be the first POC for markets in the region for technical and integration questions
  • Preform screening of regional enhancements requests, ensuring the alignment with global template whenever is possible

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
  • Collect, consolidate & analyze end to end field force business process to ensure optimal efficiency & productivity and alignment with all stakeholders' business processes (e.g Finance, Logistic, R&C, Compliance and IT)

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO :

  • Consolidate and align IOS deployment, coordinate RTT affiliate teams, and support Pillars teams and Factory Lead in what concerns the preparation activities for the deployment of IOS in the affiliate
  • Monitor and communicate regularly the impact of improvement in what concerns Capability Building status and business impact
  • Engage the region management teams and key stakeholders into communications plans
  • Work with close relationship with Global Pillar Leads and implementation of regional CI communication strategy
  • Deliver value through adopting and improving PMI/region/affiliate best practices in a standardized and systematic way
  • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices adhering to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and practices
